Custom Home Builder in Camas, WA
Camas is where some of our most ambitious homes are taking shape.
Building on Camas lots
Elevé, a 9,519 sqft custom residence, is under construction in Camas right now, and two more Camas homes, Vanclair and Belmere, are in pre-construction. That is a lot of work in one city, and it means we know what building here involves day to day.
Camas sits in eastern Clark County along the Columbia River. Between Lacamas Lake, the hillside neighborhoods, and the older downtown, no two lots are alike. Sloped sites often need extra engineering for foundations and drainage, and views usually shape where the house sits on the lot.
Camas has its own city permitting department. We plan for it early, so the design you fall in love with is one the lot and the city will actually allow.
