Zaboss Concepts is based at 12727 NE 115th Ave in Vancouver, WA. Most of what we do starts with a sit-down at the office or a walk through your lot, before a single drawing is made.
Vancouver is the largest city in Clark County, and a home here can mean very different things: an infill lot close to everything, a view lot above the Columbia River, or acreage toward the edge of the city. Each comes with its own questions about grading, utilities, and setbacks, which is why we study the lot before we design the house.
Inside city limits, permits go through the City of Vancouver. Just outside them, they go through Clark County. Either way, permitting is part of the process we manage for you, from the first plan review through the final walkthrough.
